Security deposit:

  • A security deposit will be levied on the day of taking possession of the premises in the amount of euros corresponding to 20% of the rental price.

  • If the amount of the losses exceeds the amount of this deposit, the tenant undertakes to settle the damage after the inventory of exit.
  • The owner undertakes to justify the amount necessary for the restoration of the housing.
  • In case of non-amicable settlement, it is the court of first instance of the location of the location of the rental which is competent.

Inventory inventory:

  • An inventory of fixtures and an inventory will be established contradictorily at the arrival and the exit of the tenant.

The general conditions:

The tenant agrees:
  • 1. not to bring in additional persons without the permission of the lessor;
